My fourth and last child, Elizabeth was about three years old when God gave me a vision for married women. I toyed around with the name until I finally settled on this current version – Wives Influential in Virtuously Embracing Submission. I wanted wives to understand the freedom we have in submission. I did not understand that six letter word “submit” when I first got married. My husband gets the credit for pointing me in the right direction of understanding this powerful, life-altering word!
The vision sat on a shelf for 23 years until in 2016 it gained legs at our church’s Family First Conference. God’s timing is impeccable. His timing is always the right time. Launching this vision had to wait until the seed germinated. Now that it has sprouted and is budding I am excited about what God is going to do through this forum. I trust that you will join me on this journey.
